Joan Gloria Caldeira, 86, was born on April 22, 1934, and passed away on July 24, 2020 surrounded by her family. Joan was born in Chicago, IL to Henry and Elizabeth Brandt. She earned her Associates degree as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, her passion to take care of others was valued in her 40-year career as an LVN. She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry, and Elizabeth Brandt; daughter, Gerri Hatlay. Joan is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Harold Caldeira; children, Deborah Petrik, Kathy Bennett and husband Greg, Annette Ciaravinl and husband Frank, Paul Hatlay and wife Laurie; 13 grand-children, 12 great-grandchildren and the entire Caldeira Family. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 from 4:00PM-8:00PM at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel.
