William Schulz

February 15, 1925 — February 27, 2011

William Walter Schulz, born 2/15/1925, passed away on 2/27/2011. Papa was preceded in death by his parents, Bruno and Lillie Schulz and brother, Kenneth E. Schulz. Survivors include his wife, Betty; two sons and spouses, Bill Schulz & wife, Cheryl and Ken Schulz & wife, Mary Lou; grandchildren, Chris, Will, Whitney, Lindsay and great-grandchildren, Max and Sofia. William worked at Schertz State Bank for 7 years and the US Postal Service for 26 years, retiring as Postmaster in 1973. William enjoyed fishing, gardening and his grandchildren. Visitation and Viewing will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at Schertz Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 3, 2011 at Sunset Memorial Park.
