William Doehler

William J Doehler, 69, of Selma Texas, passed away October 9, 2021, at his daughter’s home in Selma.  William (Bill) was born November 14, 1951, in Chicago, Illinois, to Anthony and Marie (Salvano) Doehler.  After graduating high school, he joined the marines until he was called to be a missionary. William was an incredible father, grandfather, husband, and servant of God.  He enjoyed his family and bringing others to know the Lord.  He is survived by his 13 children, 15 Grandchildren, and ex-wife Ana Maria (love of his life).  He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Doehler, mother, Marie Salvano, brother Paul and several grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 12 noon on Monday October 25, 2021 followed by a Memorial Service at 1pm at Schertz Funeral Home.
