William Bennett

July 5, 1930 — September 29, 2011

William (Bill) Patrick Bennett passed away on September 29, 2011 in San Antonio at the age of 81years. Bill is preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and one brother. He is survived by his wife, Doris Darlene Bennett of San Antonio, Texas; son, J.B. Bennett of Ankeny, Iowa, daughters Patrice Casaus of Schertz, Texas and Renee Bingham of Ashland, Virginia; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 10:30AM on Friday, October 7, 2011 at Universal City United Methodist. Private interment at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Universal City United Methodist Church Foundation, 11709 Boulder Lane, Ste. #100, Austin, TX 78726, in memory of William Bennett.
