William Arnold

December 13, 1931 — September 3, 2014

William Dan Arnold, born December 13, 1931 in Alta Vista, Virginia, passed away September 3, 2014, at the age of 82. After 29 years of service, William retired from the Army and became the ROTC Director at Texas Military Institute. He was preceded in death by his parents: Charlie and Jesse Arnold, his 1st wife Chia Arnold, son: William Arnold, and brothers: Frank, George, Jack and Jerry Arnold. He is survived by his loving wife Chun Cha Arnold; son: Robert Arnold and wife Rose; daughter: Patricia Lee and husband Gerald; step daughter: Catrina Grivich; grandchildren: Chris, Greg, Stacy, Alan, Sabrina Tatiana and Abbe; sisters: Ruby Lane, Shirley Lane, Eva Waters and Susan Irby as well as other family and friends. A visitation will be held Thursday, September 11, 2014 from 9 AM to 12:00PMat Schertz Funeral Home. Services will begin at 12:00PM with interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery
