Warren Yoder

March 8, 1930 — January 15, 2015

Warren Yoder, born on March 8, 1930, passed away on January 15, 2015 at the age of 84. Warren retired from the United States Air force after serving 27 years as a civil engineer. Warren loved to fish. He enjoyed all sports, especially watching the Spurs basketball games; Warren was also a member of the Randolph Brooks senior bowling league. He is preceded in death by his parents, Delbert and Susie Yoder. Warren is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Elisabeth Yoder; daughters, Alice E. Yoder, Rose M. Odvody with husband Gary; sons, Warren Yoder Jr., Larry E. Yoder; special family friend, Anita Packen; grandchildren, Justin Smith, Eric Smith, Tammy Yoder, Ryan Yoder, Lindsay Yoder, Kyle Odvody, Allen Odvody, Grace Clark, Jamie Triplett; great- grandchild, Logan, Kevin, Landen, Dallas, Alexis, Lane, Veda; sisters, Dixie Griggs, Shirley Sue Niehoff, Judi Osteen, Mary Winterrowd. Honorary pallbearers, Justin Smith, Eric Smith, Tammy Yoder, Ryan Yoder, Kyle Odvody, Allen Odvody, Jamie Triplett, Grace Clark, Lindsay Yoder, Stephen Packen, John Ayala. All services will be private. Memorial donations may be made to MD Anderson Cancer Fund or a charity of your choice.
