Wally Louis Ristow, age 93, of Converse, Texas, passed away on February 2, 2009. He was born November 15, 1915 to Carl and Bertha Ristow in Converse, Texas. He is survived by his son, Wilroy Ristow & wife, JoAnn; daughter, Gail McCaffrey; grandchildren, Gina Bellinger & husband, John, Lisa Polansky & husband, Mark and Dawn Archunde & husband, Jeff; great-grandchildren, Jack & Lauren Bellinger, Caitlyn & Zachary Polansky and Abigail Archunde; brother-in-law, Tony DiFazio; sister-in-law, Rita Ristow and numerous other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Thursday, February 5, 2009 at Schertz Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 6, 2009 at St. Paul Evangelical Church at 108 S. Main Street, Cibolo, Texas, with Reverend Bret Becker and Pastor H.W. Stratemann officiating. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery.
