Vivian Schertz

May 26, 1926 — July 9, 2010

Vivian V. Schertz, age 84 of McQueeney, TX, passed away on July 9, 2010. Vivian is preceded in death by her husband, Elton Schertz, Jr. and her parents, Richard and Agnus Voelcker. She is survived by her sons, James Bradfield and Donald Bradfield; daughter, Jewell Davenport & husband, John; brothers, Walter Voelcker and sisters, Catherine Burris, Ruth Bright and Irene Booth. Vivian was a loving mother and an avid gardener and she liked needlepoint and crochet. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park in New Braunfels. Memorial Contributions may be made to Vista Care Hospice or The Alzheimers Association.
