Virginia Holguin

Virginia "Ginger" P. Holguin, born on September 18, 1942, passed away on December 30, 2017 at the age of 75. Ginger worked and retired from Civil Service, after retiring she went on to become a fulltime grandmother, helping raise and watch after her two granddaughters. Ginger is preceded in death by her parents, Jake and Adela Perales; sister, Mary Ester Perales. She is survived by her daughter, Christina Lee and husband Rex; granddaughters, Hannah Shae Lee and Breanna Oliva Lee; brothers, Samuel C. Perales, Jake Perales III; sisters, Sylvia Dlugosz and husband Farley, Cynthia Brown, Maria "Mary Ester" Perales; eight nephews and one niece. A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 7, 2018 from 5:00pm-9:00pm with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00PM at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral Mass will be on Monday, January 8, 2018 at 10:00AM at Good Shepherd Catholic Church.
