Vincent Berthot

Vincent Arron Berthot of San Antonio left us way to early on January 05, 2017. He was born November 07, 1958 in Chanute, KS. Vince loved his Harley motorcycle and was never one to sit around. He could not stand being idle. He worked many years in the oil and gas industry as a hydraulic mechanic. One of the best and he loved his work. He was a graduate of Samuel Clemens high school and shortly after graduating high school he joined the Coast Guard, as he loved the water. He is survived by his wife Tracy, his stepsons Jeremy Ritchey and Tyler Bokemeyer; his father Hugh and stepmother Dee; his brothers Danny, Tim, and Jeff and his sister June Broff and their immediate families; his mother-in-law Mary Willis, and many in-laws and extended family. He was preceded in death by his mother Wila, who he is now joined with in Heaven. Vince is loved by many and is deeply missed. We will all be reunited in Heaven.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at the Schertz Funeral Home, 2217 FM 3009, on January 14, 2017 at 1:00PM. Graveside Services will be at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery on January 20, 2017 at 11:15AM.
