TSgt Todd Brown of Cibolo, Texas, born on December 16, 1976, passed away on September 3, 2011, in Omaha, Nebraska, as the result of a civilian accident. Todd graduated from Samuel Clemens High School in Schertz, Texas in 1995 and received a Bachelors Degree from Wayland Baptist University in 2006. He joined the Air Force in 1998, and most recently served in the ROTC Detachment at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. Todd was a dedicated husband and father and an avid Chicago Cubs Fan. His open heart and sense of humor will be missed by all. His father, Jerrell Brown, preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Jenny Noojibail of Evanston, Illinois; children, Gehrig, Alice, and Emmett; mother, Kay Delpero and her husband, Joseph; sister, Denise Ponder and her husband, Tom, along with their children, Emily, Ryan, and Jackson; brother, Jay Brown and his children, Jake and Sunny. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 12, 2011, at 10:00AM, at the Schertz Funeral Home in Schertz, Texas. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with United States Air Force Honors. At 2:00pm, following the committal service, friends and family members are invited to celebrate Todds life by gathering at the VFW Post 8315, 1000 FM 78, Schertz, Texas.
