Timothy Mahoney

Timothy (Tim) Patrick Mahoney, age 62, passed away on October 9, 2016, in Universal City, Texas. He was born on September 25, 1954, to Francis and Stella Mahoney at Tyndall Air Force Base in Panama City, Florida. While still an infant, he traveled with his family to the Panama Canal Zone, San Antonio, Texas, back to the Canal Zone, then settled back in San Antonio, Texas. As a young man, he toured with a band and settled in Little Rock, Arkansas. While still in a band, he resided in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and worked for Honda and Acura. In 2013, he returned to Texas to live with his family in Universal City. Tim was a very gentle, shy, and quiet soul. He was a man of few words. He loved his music, his little red truck, and his motorcycle. Most of all he loved his family. Timothy is survived by his parents, Francis and Stella Mahoney; sister, Gloria; aunts and uncles, Bobby and Elena Mahoney, Luis and Iraida Campana, Edith Campana; and numerous cousins in Texas and Panama. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, November 11, 2016, at 11:30 AM, at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, located at 6680 Crestway Drive, San Antonio, Texas, 78239. Following the church service, there will be a luncheon held in the Church Scott room. All service will conclude at the Church.
