Thomas Rober

October 1, 1957 — June 4, 2010

Thomas William Rober, born on October 1, 1957, passed away on June 4, 2010. Thom is the son of the late Thomas Karl Rober and Ruth Mariano Rober. He is survived by his wife of nine-teen years, Elaine Rober; his three children, Ashley Elizabeth Rober, 23, of Abington, Massachusetts, Rachel Melanie Rober, 19, and Nicholas Anthony Rober, 17, both of Cibolo; beloved brother and sisters, Ruth-Linda Rober, Susan Rober, Cheryl Phillips, Michael Rober, and Kathy Kelly, all of Massachusetts, and several nieces and nephews. Thomas received his degree in law enforcement and was a retired Dallas Police Officer. He worked as a sales rep in Telecommunications and opened Foxs Pizza Den in Cibolo in 2007. Thomas helped start the Education Foundation in the S.C.U.C. ISD and was also a member of the Economic, Growth and Development Committee for the city of Cibolo. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, June 7, 2010 at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel.
