Theresa Lineberry

August 13, 1947 — June 10, 2015

Theresa Gale Lineberry of San Antonio, TX, born on August 13, 1947, passed away on June 10, 2015 at the age of 67. Gale served in the U.S. Army for three years as an intelligence analyst, before working as an executive assistant for an engineering firm where she worked for more than 15 years. She loved to travel as well as going on cruises. Gale always put her role as a wife, mother and grandmother first. She graduated with her Masters in Christian Ministries in 2011.Gale was a great teacher to her children and grandchildren; she also loved teaching ladies bible studies. Gale is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Byrl Turner. She is survived by her loving husband, Jerry L. Lineberry; children, Devon C. Lineberry, Deborah M. Penaluna; grandchildren, Elissa C. Penaluna, Abigale J. Penaluna, Brett D. Penaluna, Nathan L. Penaluna; close cousin, Patricia Draper. A Memorial Service will be held at the First Baptist Church of San Antonio on Thursday, June 18, 2015, at 10:00AM. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. The family request in lieu of flowers a memorial donation be made to First Baptist Church of San Antonio, TV Ministry or Texas Veteran's Commission.
