Tanisha Eletrice McGill

With a heavy heart, we announce that Tanisha Eletrice McGill 43 of Cibolo, Texas went to be with our Lord and Savior on May 31, 2024, surrounded by her local family members, after a five-year battle with Metastatic Breast Cancer. Tanisha was born in Bakersfield, California on March 29, 1981, to Victoria Boyd and the late Rickey McGill. At age three her family moved to Modesto, California where she lived until leaving to attend college at Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Tanisha was a vibrant and distinctive individual who touched the hearts of everyone she met. Her infectious smile could light up a room, and she brought immense joy to the lives of her family, friends, and community. She enjoyed the adventure of travel and traveled Internationally often. At the time of her passing Tanisha was employed through Alamo College District, at Northeast Lakeview College.
