Sylvia Voss

Sylvia Ann Voss, born on June 14, 1953 in San Antonio, Texas, passed away on January 30, 2019 at the age of 65. Sylvia grew up in San Antonio, Texas before marrying Charles Voss in 1972 and moving to Schertz. She had moved several times during her life, and while living in Converse she was a stay at home mom and did babysitting on the side. When her youngest started school, Sylvia started her career as a Tupperware and Avon consultant, and later worked in claims at Humana & Principal Financial Group, before retiring as a Business Analyst for United Health Care. In her free time Sylvia looked forward to playing Bingo and Bunko with friends and family and going shopping for great deals. She was an avid reader and enjoyed watching movies, her favorite being Sci-Fi. Sylvia is survived by her husband of 46 years, Charles H. Voss; son, Daniel Togo and wife May; daughters, Jennifer D'Amato and husband Michael, Janna Reinhardt and husband Justin; 8 grandchildren; father, Sam Togo; brother, Sam Togo III, Stephen Togo; and sisters, Lisa Mason and Cynthia Togo.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 8, 2019 from 4:00PM-6:00PM with the Funeral Service beginning at 6:00PM at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel.
