Suzanne Coburn

January 19, 1942 — October 8, 2009

Suzanne Freeman Coburn passed away peacefully, at the age of 67, on October 8, 2009. All four of her children and her partner of 17 years, Gary Keys, were at her side. Suzanne was born January 19, 1942, in Pasadena Texas, to Cecil Freeman and Isabella Rochelle Freeman. Suzanne was raised in Pasadena and graduated from Pasadena High School in 1960. She retired from the City of Windcrest after two decades of service. Suzanne raised her family in San Antonio, Texas with the childrens father and her ex-husband Don J. Coburn, Sr. Suzanne was preceded in death by both her parents and her sister Rochelle Munsell. Suzanne is survived by her partner, Gary Keys, her brother Bill Freeman, her children Lisa Coburn, Don Coburn, Jr., Dennis Coburn and Sarah Coburn, and daughters-in-law Maxine Coburn and Donna Coburn. She is also survived by four grandchildren Jesse, Rachel, Devyn and Drew Coburn. The memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday October, 17, 2009 at Schertz Funeral home at 2217 F.M. 3009 Schertz, Tx 78154.
