Stephen Teicher

June 11, 1931 — October 7, 2009

Stephen W. Teicher died on October 7, 2009, at the age of 78. He was born on June 11, 1931, in Springfield, Minnesota. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer; parents, Michael and Anna; brother, Michael; sisters, Anna, Viola, Arlene and Mary. He is survived by Edna, his wife of 49 years; his son, Stephen J.; daughter, Susan; sisters, Sedonia, Vangie and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Steve served in the United States Army for 20 years, retiring in April 1971 at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. He served three tours in Korea, two in Germany and one in Vietnam. After retirement, he worked at South Georgia Medical Center, Valdosta, Georgia before going to Guam. He retired from Army Air Force Exchange Service on Guam and Defense Commissary Service at Randolph Air Force Base.
