Stacey Stanton

September 10, 1959 — April 7, 2012

Stacey L. Stanton, 52, of Schertz, TX, passed away at home on Saturday, April 7, 2012 surrounded by her family and closest friends. Born on September 10, 1959 in Lubbock, TX, she was the daughter of Meredith E. Tinsley McLean and Robert S. Stanton. In addition to her parents, Stacey is survived by her brother, Robert S. Stanton II; stepfather, Richard McLean; stepmother, Diane Stanton; aunts, Maudean Moore and Sandra Perko; uncle, John Moore; cousins, Kami Fritzen, Melanie Reynolds, Zan Moore, Bret Perko, Barri Pool, Chris Stanton, and Sonna Stanton. She was employed by Reliance Metal Center where she worked as a valuable employee for 33 years. She was an avid and accomplished golfer for many years. She also enjoyed spending time in the country with her brother on his place near Bandera, reminiscent from her childhood growing up on a farm outside of Lubbock. She was a classy lady who was kind, gentle and known for always trying to please others. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at her mothers and stepfathers home located at 128 Sage Oaks Trail, Boerne, TX 78006
