Sooner Bell

January 6, 1977 — September 18, 2017

Sooner Bell passed peacefully on Monday, September 18, 2017 in San Antonio, TX at the age of 40.

Sooner is survived by her Mother and Stepfather, Annette and Carl LeRose; Father and Stepmother,

Joseph and Janis Bell; Grandparents, Rita and Pilo Tejeda; Sister, Jacelyn Bell; Brothers, Tony

LeRose and Joseph Tejeda; and her Life Partner, Mark Winkels. Sooner is preceded in death by her

Grandparents, Dorothy and Harold Bell; Uncles, David Tejeda and Darrel Bell.

Sooner was born in El Paso, TX on January 6, 1977. She graduated from Clark

High School in 1996. She had an unrelenting love of life, and a smile that would light up a room. She

loved horses, Country Music, and the Dallas Cowboys. She touched the hearts of everyone she met,

and will be greatly missed by all.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Saturday, October 14, 2017 5:00pm at Eilan Residences Great

Room-17803 La Cantera Terrace San Antonio, TX, with a reception to follow. All are welcome to
