Simone Derone Prochet, of Schertz, Texas was born October 13, 1927 and passed away on October 3, 2012 at the age of 84 years. She is survived by her husband, Roger Prochet; daughters, Marie Washington, Nancy Prochet and Nesly Prochet; sons, Joel Prochet and Mario Prochet. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; great-children, Noah Garcia, Charline Coupet, Curtis Prochet and Diamond Ward. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at Schertz Funeral Home from 5:00 " 9:00PM. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at 11:00AM at Resurrection Baptist Church, 1002 Live Oak Rd., Schertz, Texas. Interment to follow at Selma #2 cemetery.
