Shirley May Clemens (ne Plowman), age 81 of Schertz, Texas (formerly Weymouth, MA) passed away on August 8, 2010. Shirley is preceded in death by her first husband, Roderick; son, Roderick James; parents, Lloyd & Marion; brother, Lloyd, Jr. and stepson, William Clemens. She is survived by her husband, Robert W. Clemens of Schertz, TX; children, Lawrence & Karen Young of Hull, MA, Kathleen & Kurt Miles of Danville, IL, Deborah Hall of Schertz; step-children, Karen Young of Hull, MA, Celeste Clemens of Methuen, MA, Keith & Amy Clemens of Hanson, MA, and Marylou & David Weaver of Hull, MA; grandchildren, Justin & Kelly Miles of IL, Erin Miles of IL, Seth Hall & fiance, Jamie of TX, Jacob Hall of TX, and Stephanie Hall & fiance, David of TX; step-grandchildren, Veronica & Robert (MT) & Luis Barrera (US Army, overseas), Corey Magnant, of MA, Makala, Pamela, Keith, Alex, and Andrew Clemens of MA, Chandra & Greg Miller of Italy, Tom, Shane, Scott, and Adam Weaver of MA and 19 great-grandchildren. Shirley was a retired secretary of Weymouth High School. She was also a life-long homemaker, an avid gardener, and she enjoyed spending time with her loving family. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM (with a Prayer Service to be held at 7:00 PM) at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel.
