Ruth Bullock

November 20, 1924 — August 26, 2016

Ruth Farrin Bullock, born November 20, 1924, in Damariscotta, Maine, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 91, on August 26, 2016, near Bulverde where she lived for 13 years. Ruth grew up on the coast of Maine and attended South Bristol School, Lincoln Academy HS, and graduated from Kent's Hill Junior College, where she played basketball and field hockey. After marrying, Ruth and Bob lived in Connecticut for 23 years before moving to Florida for 28 years. Ruth played tennis and worked as a school secretary. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bob; parents, Annie and Afton Farrin; and 9 siblings. Ruth is survived by her daughters, Sharon Glynn & husband, Bob of Mineral, Virginia and Barbara Masterson & husband, Bill of Bulverde, Texas; grandchildren, Lee& Keith Masterson of Spring Branch Texas, Dana Theriot-Brown & Dan Glynn of Virginia; great grandchildren, Aidan & Travis Theriot of Virginia; brothers, Paul Farrin and Ramon Farrin; longtime friend, Arnie Stoiber, and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at Bulverde Spring Branch Activity Center, on September 22, 2016, at 6:00PM . In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
