Ruben J. Rodriguez

Captain Ruben Rodriguez, USAF (Ret.), passed away on January 25, 2025, at the age of 64. Born on October 4, 1960, Ruben lived a life dedicated to service, adventure, and the things he loved most—his family, friends, good music, and great food.

Ruben honorably served his country as a navigator in the United States Air Force, completing numerous missions overseas, including during Operation Desert Storm. His decades of dedication earned him numerous medals and awards, a testament to his skill, bravery, and commitment to his fellow service members. Ruben also continued his service to the community as a police officer, embodying the same integrity and dedication that defined his military career.

Above all, Ruben was a devoted father to his four children: Benjamin, Sydney, Nic, and Corey. He cherished every moment spent with his family, whether sharing a meal, listening to his favorite songs, or simply enjoying good company. His passion for life was contagious, and his warmth, humor, and wisdom will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Though he is no longer with us, Ruben’s spirit will live on in the stories, laughter, and love he shared with those around him. His was a life well-lived, and his impact will never be forgotten.
