Rosalina Alfuente

Rosalina D. Alfuente, born on September 1, 1925, in the Phillipines, passed away on June 28, 2016, at the age of 90. She was ma rried to Leonardo G. Alfuente for 45 years. She dedicated her life as a loving, caring and self-giving Wife and Mother of 10 children. She was an attentive, loving and self-giving Mother, raising them all throughout their collegiate years. Rosalina enjoyed cooking traditional Filipino food for the household, telling stories of her life, playing cards with local friends, traveling and occasional visits to the casinos. Her love expanded to all, as she truly enjoyed being surrounded by her 18 Grandchildren and 15 Great grandchildren. She lived her life well, and will be deeply missed. We pray that she will Rest in Peace and forever be in the presence of God and our departed loved ones. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 3, 2016, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, at the Schertz Funeral Home, located on 2217 FM 3009, Schertz TX. A Memorial will be held on Monday, July 4, 2016, at 10:00 AM, at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 1065 Live Oak Rd., Schertz TX
