Lifes Reflections " Ronecia Patrice Phoenix Tricia " Neicy Beginning Chapter.June 17, 1972 Children are blessings from God. On June 17, 1972, God blessed Brenda Newsome Phoenix and Randy Earl Phoenix with a beautiful baby girl, the first of two beautiful children born to this union. They named her Ronecia Patrice, the apple of their eye . Ronecia (Tricia/Neicy) was born in Houston, Texas. Her father, Randy was a Commissioned Army Officer and her parents lived and traveled all over the world. She attended schools in Texas, Kansas, Colorado, Georgia, Berlin Germany and the list goes on. Tricia graduated from Berlin Germany High school. Her family relocated to Texas and Tricia attended University of Texas, San Antonio, Texas. There she received her BA in Business Administration and her Masters in Computer Technology. A young woman whose character exemplified resilience, strength and great determination to succeed. Ronecia was currently employed at Randolph Brooks City Base as a Computer Analyst. Many times her employment gave her opportunities again to travel all over the World. On January 19, 1992, God blessed Tricia with a beautiful baby boy. She named this bundle of joy Jacorey Marquise Phoenix. Tricia was able to pour the same type of the love and nurturing that her parents gave her into the life of her son for 17 years. She instilled in Jacorey morals and family values. Tricia taught him to reverence God. She gave him so much love and unfailing supports. You would always find Tricia at Jacoreys sport games cheering and supporting the team. Most of all, Ronecia was a child of God. A Faithful, yet humble member of New Creation Christian Fellowship, under the leadership of Bishop David Michael Copeland and Pastor Claudette Copeland. Tricia touched the lives of so many. Her compassion and love for people and her family was evident in her life. She will be forever remembered: A loving mother, wonderful daughter, and beautiful sister, a young woman of courage, faith and strength. She leaves to cherish her memories: her loving son, whom she loved with all her heart, Jacorey Marquise Phoenix; her parents: her idols: Randy and Brenda Phoenix; brother and friend, Randy (RJ) Earl Phoenix, Jr. (Zaritha Dion ), a beautiful niece whom she loved so much (Kamryn); grandmother, Mrs. Lenora Newsome; 8 aunts: Barbara Newsome Person (Robert, Sr.), Elsie Newsome Mitchell, Linda Newsome, Johnnie Phoenix Pennebaker, Alean Phoenix Johnson, Denise Phoenix, Wanda Fay Phoenix, Felisa Phoenix Coleman (Kenneth); 7 uncles: Obie Scott (Sandra), Marvin Phoenix, Calvin Phoenix (Tangela), Lindsey Newsome, James Newsome (Joyce), Roy Newsome (Marilyn), Robert Newsome (Helen); 2 great aunts: Consolo Jones Wilson, Nannie Phoenix Johnson, 2 great uncles: Eddie Gene Phoenix (Grace), Freddie Phoenix, 2 special aunts; Dorothy Phoenix, Janice Phoenix Edwards (Wayne), and a host of other relatives and friends.
