Ronald E. Gene Leggett was born April 1, 1932 and passed away on February 21, 2013 at the age of 80. He was preceded in death by parents, Orval W. and Pearl Leggett and daughter, Patricia L. Leggett. Gene is survived by wife, Ruth Elaine Leggett; daughters, Phyllis Beyer and husband, Charles, and Peggy Leggett; brothers, Dale, Doyle and Billy Leggett; stepmother, Donala Leggett; grandchildren, Jennifer Preiss and husband, Craig, Caitlin and Cassie Leggett; great-grandchildren, Kayla, Jacob and Meghan. Gene was a Navy and Air Force veteran. Interment will be at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery on March 1, 2013 at 10:00AM
