Robert E. Bob Lucas, Age 75, born April 16, 1934. Survived by wife Jerre S. Lucas of Schertz TX, children Robert E. Lucas, Jr., of Eagle Lake TX and wife Eve, Joe D. Frazier and wife Joy of Springfield MO, and Diana F. Payer and husband Michael C. Creamer, Jr., of Dallas. Survived by grandchildren Brynna Lee Lucas, Michael Brooks Frazier, Preston Robert Frazier, Kathleen Jo Frazier and Anna Payer. He is also survived by four sisters in law " Tana S. Clancy, Karen S. Robb, Judy S. McIlvain and husband Mark, and Janice S. Friesenhahn and one brother in law, William S. Spears, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.Predeceased by his Father, Earl Lucas and Mother, Geraldine Connor Lucas and his only Sister, Christine Lucas Biggs. Bob graduated from DalTech High School in Dallas TX and North Texas University in Denton TX. Member of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen, San Antonio Association of Petroleum Landmen, and a member of the Right of Way Association. He was also a member of Randolph Masonic Lodge No. 1268 in Schertz, Past Patron of Schertz Chapter No. 911, Order of the Eastern Star, Alzafar Shrine, San Antonio Commandery, and the Knights Templar. Visitation will be held Friday, February 26, 2010 from 3:30 PM until 5:00 PM at Schertz Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at Schertz Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park.
