Robert Charles Johnson, born on June 10, 1933, passed away at his home in Universal City, TX on November 2, 2017, at the age of 84. Robert is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Shirley Marcella McCotter Johnson, children Ann Marie Gustavson, Michael Jon Johnson, Mary Christine Vargas, and Joseph Kenneth Johnson. His sister Francis Joan Sumerix; sister in-laws Roberta Johnson and Therese McCotter; son in-laws Gus Gustavson and Mario Vargas; 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2017, at 10:15 AM, at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at Shelter #2. Following the service a family gathering will be held at 911 Horseshoe Trail, Universal City from 1 pm to 4 pm.
