Robert Holden

August 12, 1928 — December 16, 2009

Robert T. Holden of Garden Ridge, Texas passed away December 16, 2009, at the age of 81. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara and his son, Mark. Robert is survived by his daughters, Irene Helton, Evelyn Hemphill and husband, Jimmy; sons, Robert and wife, Donna; Edward and wife, Sharon; Thomas and wife, Laurel; John and wife, Lisa; Steven and wife, Rita; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Schertz Funeral Home on Sunday, December 20, 2009, from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. concluding with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be Monday, December 21, 2009, at 9:15 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Selma, Texas. Burial will follow 10:45 a.m. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with full military honors.
