Robert Gregg

December 11, 1930 — December 9, 2009

Robert Jay Gregg was born in Denver, Colorado on December 11, 1930 and passed away in San Antonio, Texas on December 9, 2009. Robert spent 10 years in the Air Force and 25 years in Civil Service, working for the Air Force. He worked in the first educational television station in the Air Force as a script writer, director and production manager. He had his own television station at the Officer's Training School until he was promoted to manager of Audio-Visual Services for Air Training Command. He retired from Civil Service in March of 1986 to enjoy his many hobbies. He loved traveling, fishing, bowling and woodworking and made many beautiful pieces of furniture. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Patricia; his son, Michael; son, Bruce and his wife, Kathy; daughter, Cindy and her husband, Allan Wilks; grandsons, Simon, Ian and Connor. Memorial Service will be held at Universal City United Methodist Church on December 18th at 10:30AM followed by a reception.
