Robert Lee Gosc

Robert Lee Gosc peacefully passed away in his home in Schertz, TX on November 25^th, 2023 at the age of 79.

Bob was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to John Stanley Gosc and Elsie Louise Gosc (Smith). Bob was married to Dianne Gosc (Bailey) on April 15^th 1964. They were happily married for 57 years.

Bob proudly served in the U.S. Air Force from 1961 to 1982, where he discovered that he was a natural born instructor. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and was a classic car enthusiast.

Bob is preceded in death by his loving wife Dianne in January of 2022.

He is survived by his daughter Heather and her husband Ken Edelstein, his daughter Angela Gosc, his grandson R.J. Edelstein, his sisters Bobbi Hoots and Rose Quinn, and his brother John Gosc.

There will be a Visitation held at Schertz Funeral Home on Monday, December 11^th, 2023 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, with a Funeral Service held at 6:30 PM. The Graveside Service with full military honors will be held the following day, Tuesday, December 12^th, 2023 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 10:30 AM – Shelter #4.
