Robert J. Calzoncit, born on December 15, 1934, passed away in San Antonio, TX on November 24, 2011 at the age of 76. Robert was a very hard worker who loved to stay active. He loved his family very much and was very proud of his children. Robert always put his family first and worked hard to provide for them. Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Simon and Amelia Calzoncit, his brother, David Calzoncit and his sister, Cecilia Shields. He is survived by his sons, Christopher C. Calzoncit & wife, Lisa T., Michael Calzoncit & wife, Lori, Larry Calzoncit & wife, Brianne and Robert Calzoncit, Jr., granddaughters, Emilia and Julia and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, December 2, 2011 at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel, 2217 FM 3009, Schertz, TX 78154. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 17501 Nacogdoches Road, San Antonio, TX 78266.
