Robert Burton

June 2, 1949 — January 23, 2015

Retired M/Sgt., USAF Robert G. Burton, age 65, passed away in San Antonio, TX on January 23, 2015. He was born to Oral and Phyllis Burton on June 2, 1949 in Vancouver, Washington. Robert is survived by his loving wife, Gloria of 44 years; daughters: Anita Scott, Kasey Pina, Jennifer Campos-Rodriguez, Heather Cella and Shannon Yates; sons: Terry Burton and Kenneth Burton; grandchildren: Tyler Burton-Trevino, Cory Scott, Gabrielle Scott and Michael Antu; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other family members. Memorial Services will be held at 1:30PM on Friday, February 6, 2015 at Schertz Funeral Home. Graveside Services with full military honors will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery. After services are completed, a gathering will be held at 15715 Lomita Springs, San Antonio, Tx 78247.
