Reynata Orqueta Vales

Reynata was born on August 23, 1934 in Pili, Camarines Sur. She was married to the late Albino Vales Sr. and lived a life full of faith, kindness and dedication to family. A devoted mother, Reynata was known for her kind heart, generosity, quiet strength, and unwavering resilience. Widowed at an early age, she faced life’s challenges with grace and perseverance. A woman of few words, her presence was comforting, and her love was felt in every quiet gesture. She was easy to care for, never demanding, and always grateful and appreciative, embodying a character of humility and contentment. 

Reynata is survived by her children - Emeline (and her husband Bonifacio Bolotaolo), Edilberto, Edwin (and his wife Rebecca Vales), Albino Jr (and his wife Cynthia Vales), and Lourdes (and her husband Aljon Gianan); her grandchildren - Alvin, Ayana, Royce, Jan, May Ann, Arvin, Trisha, Heidelyn, Edwin Jr, Grace, Mary Ann, Rey, Mylene, Rose Ann, Francis, Darizh, Marie Louis, Artemio III, Nicole, Josef, Bernadette, Erick, Christian, Erick John, Gio, Gian and Jason; her eight grandchildren; her siblings - Justino, Rosalia, Corazon, and Catalina; and her daughter-in-law – Filomena (wife of Artemio). 

She’s welcomed into heaven by her parents - Felipa and Gonzalo; her husband - Albino Sr; her beloved sons – Artemio and Virgilio (and his wife Emma Vales); her daughter-in-law, Jocelyn Vales (wife of Edilberto); and her siblings - Elizabeth, Francisco, Rafaela, and Salvacion. 

A prayer service will be held on February 8, 2025, Saturday, 7:00 pm at Schertz Funeral Home and Crematory. Viewing will start from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. 

While we grieve this great loss, we find comfort in knowing that Reynata is now in the embrace of our Lord, at peace in His eternal light. May her soul rest in peace.
