Pearl Butler

August 30, 1923 — January 27, 2012

Pearl L. Butler passed away on January 27, 2012 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 88 years. She was born on August 30, 1923 to Floyd and Louise Boatwright in Slaton, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband, 1st Sgt. David E. Butler (U.S.Army, Ret.)her parents; brother, Wiley Boatwright; sisters, Beoma Rogers, and Ruth Jones. Mrs. Butler is survived by her son, David W. Butler, his wife, Jan, ; granddaughter, Debora Butler Barger, her husband Eric; great grandchildren, Walker, Haley and Avery; sister, Mildred Beathea, her husband, Dave and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 9:30am. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Harper Cemetery Fund, 162 Bobbie Lynn, Harper, Texas 78631.
