Paula Sue Covey

Paula Sue Covey passed away peacefully on May 25, 2024. She was born on December 02, 1946 in Eagle Pass, Texas to parents, Alfreda and LeBert Lowery.

Paula had a love for children and babysat her grandchildren and great grandchildren often. She looked forward to vacations, going to estate sales with her sister and just spending time with her family. Paula worked for SCUCISD Transportation Department for 22 years. She was a member of the Country Church in Marion, Texas.

Paula is preceded in death by her parents, Alfreda and LeBert Lowery, and her sister, Peggy Breiten. She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Roger Covey, 3 daughters; Sherry (Ronnie) Adams, Laura (Robert) Nickell, and Charlotte Covey; 7 grandchildren, Justin (Kathy) Owen, Chelsea Paul, Ashleigh Christopherson, Johnathan Christopherson, Lucas Nickell, Eli (Elizabeth) Nickell, and Tyler Christopherson;  5 great-grandchildren, Ziva, Eleighna, Gaige, Megan, and Anthony; brother, Jesse Leroy Lowery; sister, Patsy Jean Fox; sisters-in-law, Gail (David) Cox, Marilyn Loven, Carol J. Covey, Carol Covey, and Nancy Covey, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
