Patricia Pat Woodruff, age 84 of Schertz, TX, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2011. Pat is preceded in death by her husband, SFC Elmer Lee Woodruff, U.S. Army, Retired. She is survived by her children, Larry Woodruff & wife, Rhonda of Yoakum, TX, Donald Woodruff & wife, Jan of Alaska and Lynn Lipke & husband, Buzzy of San Antonio, TX; grandchildren, Tara Russell of San Antonio, Jade Woodruff of New Braunfels, Sayta & Rae-Mist Woodruff of Alaska, Nathan Mabee of San Antonio, Sgt. Jeffory Mabee of Fort Hood, TX and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at Schertz Funeral Home. Funeral Services, with Reverend Janet M. Hunter officiating, will begin at 12:30 on Tuesday, following the Visitation. Interment will follow at 2:00 PM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. If you so desire, memorials donations may be made to Schertz United Methodist Church.
