Pamela Collins

Pamela Jo Collins (Pam) was born November 18, 1951, in Salina, Kansas to Raymond (Rip) and Emma Collins, both deceased. Pam passed away on September 12, 2018. Pam and Rodney met and six months later were married on February 8, 1974. On November 16, 1975, she had her pride and joy, Melissa Jo. She was a black and white person, no gray. She loved you or didn't. She had adopted friends that Melissa would drag home. She is preceeded in death by sister, Tanya, brothers Doug and Tommy, nieces Amanda and Jeanie, nephew Jr., and many numerous distant relatives. Rodney, Melissa and the family want to thank everyone who supported us. Very much love and thanks. Also, thanks to the amazing staff at Christus Santa Rosa in New Braunfels.
A viewing will be held 3:00 - 5:00PM on Sunday, September 16, 2018 at Schertz Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 1:00PM, Monday, September 17, 2018 at Schertz Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Cemetery.
Family and friends are invited to come to Ronnie and Mary Jane's house for food and beverages following the services.
