Norman Reeves

Norman (Gene) Eugene Reeves, born on January 10, 1962, passed away on November 23, 2016 at the age of 54. Gene proudly served in the United States Air Force for 26 years as an Information Management Specialist., he then went on to work in civil service as a purchasing agent for 9 years. He loved spending time with family and friends. Gene was a true family man, always putting his children and wife first. He is preceded in death by his father, Arthur F. Reeves; brother, Chester R. Saunders. Gene is survived by his wife of 3 years, Donnalyn Reeves; children, Keischa Schlather and husband Bradley, Norman E. Reeves Jr.; mother, Norma J. Reeves; siblings, Dale R. Saunders, Shirley Moore and husband Lindsey, Arthur Reeves Jr. and wife Marcelina, Riccardo Reeves and wife Donnya, Kimberly Doughty and husband Gregory and numerous nieces and nephew. A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2016 from 9:30AM - 11:30 at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel with the funeral service to begin at 11:30AM. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
