Norma Lee Chick Looff was born on November 13, 1925 to Louis and Minna (Vogel) Von Buch in Marion, Texas. She passed away on February 26, 2009 in Marion, Texas at the age of 83. Norma was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband, E.C. Pinky Looff , Jr.; daughter, Lisa Carleton & husband, David; sons, Wayne Looff & wife, Ellen and Jeff Looff & wife, Joan and grandchildren, Christian and Brett Carleton, Jeff Looff II & wife, Hope and Whitney Looff. A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 1, 2009 at St. John Lutheran Church in Marion, Texas. Memorial donations may be made to: The Guadalupe County Humane Society, 2484 N.
