Neth Kuhlmann

February 10, 1932 — June 2, 2013

Kenneth (Ken) C. Kuhlmann, SMSgt USAF (Ret) was born in Fredericksburg, Texas February 10, 1932 and died June 2, 2013 in San Antonio, Texas. Ken was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Wanda Kuhlmann and a granddaughter, Clarissa Kuhlmann. A distinguished 22 year Air Force veteran, Ken served in Guam, Okinawa, Greenland, Turkey and Thailand. In addition to nine tours of duty at bases in the states, he also served as an AF Recruiter. After retiring from the military he served as a Department Manager for Sides Supply, the Amana distributor for south Texas; retiring after 20 years. He is survived by his wife, of 58 years, Allie Lee Punkie Smith Kuhlmann; four sons, Bryan Kuhlmann and his wife, Elizabeth, Mark Kuhlmann and his wife, Carolynn Snyder, Loren Kuhlmann and his wife, Nichole all of the San Antonio area and Donald Kuhlmann and his wife, Clara of El Dorado, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Benjamin, Kristina, Timothy, Cameron, Christopher and Madison Kuhlmann; and his brother, Curtis Kuhlmann and his wife, Betty, of Mason. A Celebration of Life for Ken will be Sunday, June 23, 2013, at 2:00PM at the Schertz United Methodist Church, 3460 Roy Richard Dr., Schertz, Texas 78154 with the Rev. Linda Montgomery officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make a Memorial donation to the Schertz United Methodist Church Building Fund.
