1SG Pablo Sierra was born in San Antonio, Texas on February 29, 1988. He entered into the Army in May 2007 as a 68E Dental Specialist and completed Basic Training at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma and Advanced Individual Training at Ft. Sam Houston, Texas. He has also earned the Dental Laboratory (N5) Additional Skill Identifier in 2013 and holds an Associates of Science from Wayland Baptist University.
1SG Sierra’s military education includes Basic Leaders Course (Commandant’s List), Advanced Leaders Course, Senior Leaders Course (Commandant’s List), and Master Leaders Course. He attended US Recruiting Course (Commandant’s List) in October 2016. He has received training in Combatives Level 1 and 2, Field Sanitation Team, Forklift Operator, Combat Life Saver, Transportation of Hazardous Material (Germany), and the First Sergeant Course.
