Moses Jardin

August 15, 1938 — June 30, 2011

Our loving father, devoted husband and patriot, SFC Moses Jardin, United States Army (Ret.), passed away on June 30, 2011, at the age of 72. He was an avid Spurs fan and loved to go fishing. Moses was a kind, big hearted person who loved, and was loved, and will be missed by many. His parents preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife of 19 years, Rosie A. Jardin; children, Patricia Jardin, Michael Jardin and his wife, Angel, Russell Jardin, Florenda Hubbell and her husband, Pete, Yolaine Mogavero and her husband, John, Charles Alexander and his wife, Brenda, Marilyn Alexander, David Jackson and his wife, Bernadina, Deneice Jackson, and Lisa Alfaro and her husband, Carlos; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; Elizabeth V. Jardin and several other loving family members. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 7, 2011, at Schertz Funeral Home, from 5:00PM until 9:00PM. The Funeral Service will be on Friday, July 8, 2011, at 9:00AM, at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with United States Army Honors.
