Monty Dattalo, Sr.

February 14, 1959 — April 17, 2013

Monty Eugene Dattalo, born on February 14, 1959, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family, on April 17, 2013, at the age of 54. He was born to Anthony and Gladys (Roberts) Dattalo of Beaumont, Texas. Survivors include his mother, Gladys Dattalo; loving wife of 31 years, Connie Dattalo; children, Monty Dattalo, Jr., Bridget Dattalo, and Andrea Dattalo; brothers, Arthur and Anthony; sisters, Vicky and Lena. He was also papa to 10 grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Friday, April 19, 2013, at Schertz Funeral Home, from 5:00PM until 9:00PM, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00PM. The Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, April 20, 2013, at 10:00AM, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 1065 East Live Oak Road, Schertz, Texas 78154, followed by Monty's Rejoicement Party to be announced.
