Mia lived in Germany from 1980 thru 1991 where she worked as a contracting specialist. The men and women who work for her loved and thought highly of her. Mia would always have a house full of kids, she always made everyone feel very welcome to her home. During the holidays she would always have her husband's single soldiers over for a family meal, making sure no one was alone during the holidays. She had a huge heart and so much love to give and always made time if someone needed to talk to her or to just listen. She worked for the government as a contracting specialist for 35 years, a job she truly loved doing because it benefited the military community, and she was a proud Army wife and mother. She loved traveling, seeing new sites, and meeting new people and always open to trying new foods. She loved camping with her husband on the weekend to get away from everyday life. She loved cooking for her family and friends, while cooking for her family she would sit in the kitchen and have long talks about everyone's week, her grandchildren loved to help her cook. She will be highly missed by her husband, family, and friends. Mia is survived by her husband, Regino F.
