Matthew Fischer Ii

Matthew John Fischer II, born on March 10, 2000, passed away on August 18, 2018 at the age of 18. Matthew graduated high school in 2017. He was a longtime member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church in San Antonio, Texas. Matthew loved the outdoors and enjoyed working outside. He is survived by his mother, Liza Decker; father, Matthew John Fischer; sisters, Ruby Fischer & Lily Fischer; brother, Mason Fischer; grandparents, David & Stephanie Dillon; grandmother, Candice Fischer and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 from 5:00pm-9:00pm at the Schertz Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 11:00am at the Lighthouse Baptist Church with interment to follow at Mission Park Cemetery South. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to St Jude's Hospital or your local animal shelter.
