Mary Zengerle

April 6, 1946 — May 10, 2010

Mary Ann Zengerle, age 64 of Cibolo, Texas passed away on May 10, 2010. She was born to Joe and Viola Winkler on April 6, 1946 in Roswell, New Mexico. She was preceded in death by her parents. Mary is survived by her husband Vic Zengerle, and her brother and his wife, Joe Louis and La Verne Winkler; her two sons and daughters-in-law, Buck and Esther Zengerle and Hugh and Cyndi Zengerle. Along with five Grandchildren, Tyler, Grant, Elise, Avery, and Isaiah. Mary Ann grew up on a large ranch outside of Roswell, New Mexico where she met her husband Vic. They fell in love and moved to Cibolo, Texas where they raised their two boys on a small farm. Vic and Mary were married 42 years. Mary Ann was a Christian, an artist, an incredible wife and motherand always a cowgirl. She had many dear friends, but her life revolved around her husband and family. Her beautiful smile and life full of grace will be remembered by all who knew her. Visitation will be held at Schertz Funeral Home on Thursday, May 13th from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 14th at Schertz United Methodist Church.
