September 28, 1938 — April 19, 2015

Mary Ann Dylla was born September 28, 1938, to Benno and Leonie Haecker, and passed into eternal rest April 19, 2015. She grew up on the family farm near Zuehl, Texas. She married Clemens D. Dylla on September 12, 1964, and settled in Cibolo, Texas. Mary Ann worked at Hild Brothers in Marion for many years after raising their 4 children. She loved all of her grandkids beyond words and attended all of their activities with great pride. She also enjoyed hunting and fishing with family and friends. The family coast trips were some of her favorite times. Joining her friends to play the slot machines in Louisiana was another favorite pastime. In the years after retirement, she enjoyed gardening, watching ball games, and listening to polkas and waltzes with her true love Clem. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her mother and father, brothers Benno Jr. and Elroy, sister-in-law Virginia Haecker, and many beloved brothers-in-law. She is survived by her loving husband Clem, daughter Lorna Vrana (husband Alton), sons Kevin Haecker, Tim Dylla (wife Wendy), and Tobie Dylla (wife Ann Marie), sisters Lucille Nolen, Ruby Golla (husband Melvin), Carolyn Cohu, Elaine Meckel (husband Richard), and brother Lee Jay Haecker (wife Deborah), sisters-in-law Pauline Bienek and Lucille Bienek, grandchildren Shane, Austin, Shayla, Ryan, Kyle, Hayley, Logan, and Jared, and great-grandchildren Perry, Raylee, and Sawyer, as well as many nieces and nephews.
