Mary Carr

July 18, 1923 — June 11, 2017

Mary M. Carr, born July 18, 1923, passed away June 11, 2017 at the age of 93. Mary enjoyed playing Bingo with her friends and collecting various items. When she got the chance Mary loved being outside and going for walks, picking up pecans or acorns along the way. Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Garlyn Carr. She is survived by her children, Lavaughn Linnemann and husband Vernon, Stephen Carr and wife Kanchala; grandchildren, Stephen Linnemann, Christian Linnemann, Raven Cheyenne Linnemann, Kimberly McCain, Richard Brown and Johnathan Brown; great-grandchildren, Hailei Yount, Joshua Yount and Abigail McCain. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Schertz Funeral Home from 4:00PM-8:00PM. Burial will take place in Sturgis, South Dakota.
